My Story

To build a strong career, I start with a diploma and a degree in Art and Design from well-known local university UiTM (Mara University of Technology). For me, art is unique and sometimes it could be a way for me to express my desire & passion.

After finished 3 years of study at UiTM Machang, Kelantan for my diploma and 2 and half years of study at UiTM Shah Alam for my degree, I decided to live and find job in Kuala Lumpur. For first attempt, I’m consider I am lucky to be accepted to work in one of well-known advertising agency in Kuala Lumpur, MK Direct Sdn. Bhd. Formerly known as Idris Associates Sdn. Bhd. back in 1975.

From there I learn so many things regarding designs, arts and multimedia from various person that had so many experienced in the advertising industry including En.Idris Tan Sri Sheikh Ahmad himself as the creative director of MK Direct Sdn. Bhd.

Leaving MK Direct In 2010, I decided to challenge myself to work in another industry by joining an IT company a subsidiary of CIDB Malaysia (Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia), CIDB E-Construct Services Sdn. Bhd. Although considered not a wise decision from some peoples around me, I manage to prove that it worth to try and I had been hired as permanent staff after 6 month working there.

The experience to work in IT Company is totally different from what I had been experienced before. The culture, working style and also new company rules and regulations mostly are different and it makes me very excited to working in new environment. At CIDB E-Construct, my former COO Mr.Ghazali Rahmat has entrusted me to lead a design team that focus to develop webs, graphics, publications, animations, and videos for our clients. Although had never experienced to be team leader before, I manage to prove that I can lead a team and manage them well.

There are various projects that had been delivered perfectly on time especially in web development. Beside that, I also involved in various national projects like system development for NeTI (National e-Tendering System), CIDB1BINA.my (Official National Construction Portal) and international construction exhibition show (CIDB1BINA.my e-Construction 2012).

During my time at the company, several awards also had recognized my achievement that is including “Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang 2010” and “Best Team Awards 2012 (1BINA.my Charity Golf)”.
